Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The students in my math classes are motivated by food/snacks so the improve their work habits they will be rewarded with treats. The students will also be rewarded with pencils and erasers since many of them come with little or no supplies. The calculators will be used to help check their calculations and make the math more accessible for all students.

To help my students become more motivated I will use a rewards to encourage them to work to become better mathematicians.

Many of our students are dealing with outside influences that reduce their motivation. Therefore the use of rewards will help to keep them engaged and help their motivation.
