it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
With this gift card to teacherpayteacher I will be able to purchase Mosaic Math. This is a fun way for students to utilize Rubik's cubes in the classroom. They will solve problems and build a mosaic as they go.
Students solve math problems, turn the cubes, and put the cubes together to form a tile mosaic picture!
This will incorporate math and art to help engage students in learning. The great thing about these resources is that it can be used whole class or as an independent work station. I can have these set up for review as well.
My students LOVE the cube. They need to be challenged. This project ticks off so many boxes for keeping my students creatively engaged and begging for more math! This is STEM education in action!
