My Students

My students are active, imaginative, kindergartners who are full of light and love. Our program focuses on storytelling, meaningful work, and the importance of play. Much of our learning is experienced through our heads, hands, and heart.

I have 38 students who spend much of their time freely playing, singing, painting, and exploring the natural world.

We are lucky enough to live near nature trails and we spend much of our time hiking and exploring. Our students learn from their teacher's​ example of how to properly care for their surroundings.

My Project

Please help support my students in making beautiful works of mosaic artwork. We will beautify our classroom and playground spaces by making one of a kind mosaic artwork. My students will use fine motor skills to create beauty that will be enjoyed by the entire community.

Making mosaic artwork outdoors, will provide a creative outlet to express emotions, and promote a healing atmosphere.

My students are very artistic and love to work together in a group setting. We will be providing them the chance to make small mosaics on their own. In the Spring they will create a large group project that will allow them to work together in a creative collaboration. I can not wait to let the healing or collaborative art begin!
