This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are very motivated and curious learners. Quite a few of my students are also in the gifted and need an additional challenge that doesn't require paper and pencil. I would like to provide all my students with an array of activities that require creative and strategic thinking.

Doing activities that require building facilitate problem solving skills.

This can lend itself to improving math ability and understanding of science concepts. The other tool on the list that will be helpful for student learning are the timers for science activities.
