This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My fourth-grade students are motivated and curious students. They get excited to work with each other on STEM activities and problems. Some of my students are in the gifted programs and need extra opportunities to be challenged.

These activities will help my students work collaboratively with each other to create, build and solve problems.

These are important skills for them to learn early in their education and are skills they will use in real-world settings. The timers will help provide time management when working on these projects. This will also help them learn teamwork, showing students that when they work as a team, they can accomplish their goals more efficiently and quickly.
