This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love seeing how excited my students are for school every morning. I know that it isn't the case for everyone and that some of us need the option of choosing a slower pace activity to get our day started. Morning bins filled with puzzles, STEM toys, and LEGOs help us choose how we start our day, and help our creativity and ability to problem-solve with other peers.

Our students would not only benefit from them in the mornings but also on days when it is raining or too hot to go to recess.

This will allow students to always have something engaging to work on with their peers.
