As a second grade teacher, I know the importance of partner and book club reading. I would love to be able to create a reading nook in my classroom where my students can benefit from collaborating to learn from each other, authors and characters. I have found that special seating promotes better engagement and allows students to feel more comfortable. I hope to be able to receive all seats in order to create this reading nook for my students and provide a comfortable space for creativity, sharing and learning in the classroom.
