My Project
Our girls' basketball team does not have access to a proper weight room for conditioning. This past season was plagued with many bruises and both major and minor injuries, in addition to common injuries because our bodies were not properly conditioned to play the game. So far this off-season we have been working out using bodyweight exercises. Unfortunately, that is not enough if we truly want to build strength and prevent those injuries in the future. So by helping us fund this project, it would help take their workouts to the next level.
