This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our program strives to provide high school students with opportunities to experience real world engineering through robotics. Every year, they are given 6 weeks to build a robot to fulfill a task at the competition. The varsity sport for the mind, my FRC Robotics team compete in excitement of sport, with the rigors of science and technology. It’s as close to "real-world engineering" as a student can get. Volunteer professional mentors lend their time and talents to guide each team.
My students are in need of more handheld power tools for the prototyping and testing sub team.
They will need a more basic power hand tools to build their concepts to test if it's the best design to achieve the games objectives. In simple terms, these are tools with terrific benefits for the pursuit of robotic excellence! Your generous donation will help support our Robotics team and inspire young people to become science and technology leaders by engaging them in this exciting high school robotics program.
