We need 30 student microscopes and prepared slides in order to enhance our life science learning activities.
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Rozza's classroom raised $752
This project is fully funded
I teach third and fourth graders hands-on science. We are a Title I school, with a high percentage of English Language Learners, as well as many students in need of academic intervention or special education services.
The students are thrilled when they learn to see through a microscope. We are obtaining pond samples and cheek cells, and hope to observe much more--including prepared slides.
Unfortunately, the few low-power microscopes we have are in very poor condition. Please help our students see the light and experience the excitement of discovery!
We need 30 microscopes, and prepared slides in order to enhance our life science learning activities, so that science can continue to inspire learning across all curriculum areas!
You can open our students eyes to the wonders of science with your donation. Once a determined student is inspired--the possibilities are endless!
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
