My Project
My students do a lot of group work around my classroom. They work in pairs as well as small groups. They provide help, encouragement, and feedback to their peers when working in these groups.
Working in groups has helped my students with their reading instruction and has also strengthened their confidence in their own knowledge and abilities.
I have arranged my room so that I have places for these extra seating options. I also plan to use some of these seating options in a calming corner for students to have a designated calming corner.
These ideas will allow my students to have a better learning environment.
