My students need more seating options for our flexible seating classroom. We have a couple of different options currently and would like to add more option so my students have more choices.

My Students

My students walk into our classroom every day full of life, ready to learn, and excited for what is in store for them that day. I want them to know I believe in them and they can do anything. They are such a special group of children. They like to move, they love to read and love lots of positive attention.

These children are on the Autism spectrum.

They need all the help they can get and I hope this project can't get it. I would love to give my students options from sitting at their work stations. My students come in everyday ready to do ABA and having options would help out the classroom.

My Project

These materials will help by giving my students many different options to choose from in our flexible seating classroom. Last year we were able to get a couple different options and the students loved it so this year I would like to be a 100 percent flexible seating classroom. These materials will be able to give more then one student the option to use what ever “chair” they would like to use, and some will be able to use the same “chair” as their friends. Flexible seating has given my students so many options to choose from. These options will give my students the able to increase their focus and be more engaged in learning.
