This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have noticed that my students learn better when they are moving. My students are constantly fidgeting, tapping their legs/feet, and wiggling in their chairs. I need enough flexible seats so all my students have options to move throughout the day and not just a few.

Flexible seating has made such a positive impact in my classroom, and I want to keep up the momentum with more options.

Wobble stools help gets students' oxygen flow to the brain improving blood flow and core strength. This helps keep their second grade minds in focus and on task.
