My Project

We have been building our stamina all year! The students are starting to read 3 books a quarter, and they are running out of books to read. The students have devoured nearly everything in our classroom.

Part of keeping my students motivated to be life long readers is to provide them with reading material that is current, relevant, desirable, and exciting!

The books in this project will keep my students striving to read more! Students who are strong and willing readers have a higher vocabulary, improved literacy skills. Reading also supports cognitive development, and most importantly books take students on exciting adventures!
