My students come from countries all around the world and have ended up in high school in Brooklyn, NY.
A lot of them speak multiple languages and have never really embraced the environment around them. They love being able to do hands-on science, but it's hard when you live in a city. Help them explore the natural world and see how humans are really affecting the environment they live in!
My Project
During the COVID-19 pandemic, my school has gone to a remote learning setting. This monitor will help to provide students with the online content they need in order to learn chemistry and AP Environmental Science. By getting another monitor students will be able to interact with more online platforms during class. This will allow students to use online chemistry simulations that will allow them to better understand the material! Once we are back in school this monitor will be stationed in the classroom for any student who needs access to the internet or online platform, during or after school.
