MoJo Fitness for All!

Help me give my students an introduction to weight-lifting! These dumbbells will contribute to group-fitness classes where students will learn about working specific muscle groups through both accessory and compound movements.

My Project

MoJo Fitness is determined to teach students the basics of weightlifting during our two week course. Including a variation of dumbbells will allow students to effectively challenge themselves with appropriate weight choices for both accessory and compound movements.

Our goal is to provide a physical education experience that is accessible to all students with different levels of fitness!

These weights will contribute to group strength-training and HIIT classes. Students will be learning a variety of exercises and practicing proper form.

This project is especially valuable to our students as our school does not have a formal physical education course. These students personally opted into MoJo Fitness to learn more about taking care of their physical health!
