My Project

Although our school is located in the center of the Silicon Valley, about 50% of our students come from low-income families with 25% English language learners. During the COVID pandemic, curriculum transitioned to predominantly technology-heavy assignments. As a result, basic classroom supplies no longer resemble the simple pencil and paper. In addition, with Maker Labs, problem-based learning, and design challenges being encouraged to be incorporated, classrooms need to be equipped with basic technology supplies.

Being able to transfer their files to an SD card to be used by the 3D printer, students will see their 2D digital creations come to life.

Having a cordless glue gun would make building projects more efficient.

Having nice Sharpie pens for outlining allows students to add finishing touches to their projects to make them stand out.
