My Students

My Scholars are Scientist and Engineers in the making!

At AP, our mission is to prepare students to excel as high-achieving scholars and leaders in high school, college and beyond.

In my class, there is a huge emphasis on the idea of developing our scholars' inquisitive mind, through a strong foundation in literacy and science and engineering practices.

In our science classes, our scientist pride themselves on a powerful foundation to help build a cohesive understanding of science over time through investigation a phenomenon.

My Project

Scholars learn by doing hands-on projects. The STEM Mobile kits will allow our engineers to do more than observe, ask questions, and investigate.

They will be more likely to learn, retain, and recall information after completing meaningful labs/experiments.

Research suggests that our engineers and scientist have critical skills that are enhanced when provided an opportunity.

Kids already ask questions, now the STEM kits will allow them to make inferences on phenomenons. These inferences allow our scholars to make personal connections to a text/phenomenon.
