This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The use of cell phones in the classroom has been a hindrance to learning. Studies have shown that “multitasking during learning interferes with the long-term processing and retention of what you learn.” Research suggests that curbing smartphone use in the classroom could help students stay focused on their lessons.
By donating to our project, our students will be able to simply focus on the academic material at hand, you will be helping to improve and increase student attention and focus!
This will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement and improve their mental health.
