Mobile Orff Music

My Students

We are in a high poverty, rural school district where all of our students receive free breakfast and over eighty percent receive a free or reduced-price lunch.

My students yearn to learn!

They love coming to music class and making music. Making music is a universal joy that can be shared by all students. Playing music is a team "sport" where everyone succeeds and is proud of themselves. We like to show what we know through performance. We sing, dance and accompany each other on instruments. I am thankful to organizations like DonorsChoose.org and people like you who want to empower our students through the arts!

My Project

I currently need to carry our Orff sets out of the closet to set them up. They are too heavy for my students to lift and I worry either they will be hurt or the instruments will be damaged.

These carts will allow students to take charge of their learning by having the ability to set up and put away their own instruments.

These carts are the safest, most reliable way to move instruments. I want my students to take ownership of their instrument care and have the ability to have the instruments more readily available to use without teacher assistance.
