This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I have been trying to incorporate more technology in our classroom. I'd like to make sure students can hear anything that is presented digitally.
I teach a wonderful group of first graders.
They attend a gifted magnet, and they are motivated to learn all the content I present. It is truly a pleasure to teach them. Therefore, I try to present information in an interesting way to keep them engaged.
My Project
Currently, we use the laptop speaker when I project lessons in class. Unfortunately, the speaker is not that loud, so there are times when students cannot hear all the content that is being presented. I would love to add this speaker to our class technology station so that students are able to hear information more clearly. I'd also like to use the wireless keyboard so that I can walk around and monitor students as I present information.
