The Ipad pro I'm requesting will help make a difference with our students. They will learn how to DJ music. A lot of our students love music and watching Dj's but don't have the equipment or technology to get started on their own. There's and app called DJay Pro that can be downloaded to the Ipad. They will learn how to use DJay Pro to automix-AI DJ Mixes, 1000+loops, visuals and pre-cueing and MIDI control. They will also download various genres of music to the Ipad from other apps like Apple music, Spotify, Sound cloud and youtube to use through the DJay Pro app. Usually DJ's have to carry heavy bulky equipment when they travel around from place to place to Dj. They would use large mixing boards, controllers, turn tables, laptops, vinyl records, cd's, But new technology has lessened the equipment tremendously. Most of the equipment needed is already included in apps that can be downloaded on the Ipad. The students would only need bluetooth speakers.
My goal is to allow students to learn how to DJ using an Ipads and using various apps.
This will allow them to work together using different methods of DJ-ing, auto mixing and techniques. The different genres of music will allow them to cater to many people who love all kinds of music. There's no doubt that they will come early to learn how to DJ and Stay late loving the experience.
What makes my students special is that they're always inquisitive, they like learning. They like art, music, technology, science, in person and virtual field trips. They are motivational, curious, respectful, responsible and organized. They are also hardworking, good listeners, unafraid to ask questions and good at problem solving. When they learning something new they like sharing with other grades and their families.
