This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My music program has continued to grow over the last several years. Now, I find that we have outgrown the mixing board we have been using. The mixing board has become such an important piece of equipment, as it allows my students voices and instruments be heard in our performances. My students have become such amazing and creative learners and performers that everything they do deserves to be heard.
Help me let my students voices, bands and other performance groups be heard by everyone that attends our concerts.
My students performances include grade level concerts, winter and spring musicals, concert choir and rock bands. These require a large and varied amount of things to be hooked into a mixing board if they want to be heard. A larger board with more channels available will allow the audience to better hear and appreciate all of their hard work.
