This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach newcomer ELL kindergarteners. They need lots of visuals and encouragement while learning how to be in school and learn English.

These materials will help me with providing visuals, encouragement, and end of the year fun with tie dying!

The stickers will be used as encouragement and rewards whereas the stamps and pads will be used to help students see where their behaviors are for the day. The tie dying kit, sharpies, and t shirts will be used for end of the year fun to make field day shirts! Lastly, the date stamp will be used so students can stamp and date their work.
