Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students will learn 3D modeling and printing as they design, test and redesign their wind turbine to compete at this year's National Kid Wind competition.
Your generously donated 3D printer will immediately go into production literally turning dreams and designs into reality!
This 3D printer will print custom gears, mounts and blades for this year's Kid Wind team. In future years, we will use it to print pots to help our garden club fundraise. We will print manipulatives for our math department. We will print models for our science teachers. We will print the artistic creations of our digital media students.
