My Students
We attend an inner city science and technology magnet school with a large population of English Language Learners and bilingual students. We are Title I funded and many of our students receive free or reduced lunch.
My students are a diverse group of fourth graders that are eager to learn.
My Project
In order to keep our students safe, we will not be passing out or collecting paper. Instead, with your help, students will be supplied with dry-erase boards and markers for the classroom and for home.
Using the boards will be a way for me to assess understanding of concepts, while keeping safety a priority.
Our school district will practice social distancing and with distancing, comes the necessity of individual supplies. Having their own set of supplies will make the classroom more conducive to learning. Safety first, and then learning is where the magic can happen.
