My Project
One of the most significant steps toward academic success in school is simply showing up! Missing school has a ripple effect and impacts learning in a major way. The scholars at our school are eager to learn and have many resources available to them, but they often encounter various obstacles at home and in the community that result in absences from school. They are more engaged when they attend school, on-time, consistently every day. Giving our scholars incentives for good attendance and encouraging their families to ensure they are at school not only improves academic outcomes in all subject areas but it also helps to strengthen the relationship between home and school.
