This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

This year, I have a class full of energetic and eager 2nd graders! They deserve the best possible learning environment to help them grow and succeed as I know they can achieve so much!

When in my classroom, we are all scientists, teammates, authors, mathematicians, artists, dreamers, and world changers. My students work every day to better ourselves to better the world we live in.

My Project

In our classroom, we use iPads for reading and math intervention. My lower level students use them for support in areas they could use more help in.

The students in my class who are on higher levels, especially in math, utilize Prodigy to continue their growth into 3rd, 4th, and even 5th grade math skills!

Unfortunately, not every student is able to bring in their own pair of headphones and it makes it difficult to always use our iPads to their fullest potential. Receiving these headphones and bags to keep them organized will help my students get the support they need!
