My Project

Help me change the lives of our students facing Dyslexia and our English Language Learners.

Harnessing the power of modern tools, such as updated iPads, presents an opportunity to enrich their educational journey.

Within my classroom, these iPads serve as more than just gadgets; they are gateways to a world of learning. Through carefully selected apps, students can explore the nuances of phonological awareness, delve into the intricacies of phonics, and develop a profound understanding of the English language. Moreover, these iPads play a pivotal role in our small group instruction sessions, where individualized attention meets collaborative learning. Tailoring activities to suit the diverse needs of our students ensures that every child can thrive, regardless of their background or learning style.

My vision for this project extends beyond the classroom walls. By instilling a love for meaningful technology use, I aspire to empower my students to continue their learning journey outside of school hours. Through ongoing engagement with educational apps, I hope to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world application, nurturing a lifelong love for learning. Looking ahead, I envision a future where every small group benefits from the transformative potential of technology. With aspirations of expanding our resources, I dream of a day when four tablets grace our classroom, each one a catalyst for growth and exploration.

Above all, what makes my students truly remarkable is their uniqueness. Each child brings their own set of talents, challenges, and aspirations to the table, enriching our learning community in countless ways. It is my privilege to guide them on their educational journey, equipping them with the tools they need to thrive in an ever-changing world.
