My Students
My students are so happy to be back in school this year! They come to school eager to learn and have fun with their classmates every day. Despite spending most of their kindergarten year doing distance learning, they are working hard to meet their first grade goals and get back on track. I am so proud of how kind, respectful, and hardworking they are!
My Project
Using iPads in the classroom will help to make learning more engaging and memorable for my students. Interactive technology provides students with unique learning experiences, such as using audio and video recorders, scanning QR codes to complete fun learning centers, taking photos, and even the opportunity to take their learning outside of the classroom. iPads provide students with unlimited access to information for research projects and countless educational apps. and games. Not only are students engaged while using iPads, they are also learning necessary navigation and typing skills. Teachers love the fact that using technology in the classroom not only greatly reduces the amount of paper and other materials needed, but also allows teachers to assign individualized activities and assess skills much faster and easier.
