My Project
Having a mini fridge in the classroom is essential for Chemistry labs in my class. I am going to be having a lab on solubility that involves needing to use solutions that are cold, hot, and at room temperature. Having a mini fridge in my class will allow students to easily have cold solutions that they can test the solubility of. Having a mini fridge will also serve useful for future labs for my Chemistry class that involves needing cold solutions. I teach at an inner city school and the vast majority of my students are low income. Many of my students are visual learners and having hands-on labs will greatly spark their interest in Chemistry and improve the quality of science education that they are receiving.
