My Project

As a school counselor I want to provide a space for students to decompress and build the skills to deal with stress. I want to create a safe safe where students can learn to regulate their emotions safely and build the skills they need to be successful human beings. A space where students feel comfortable enough to talk and dig into deeper emotions and problems is an essential part of my goals and role. These materials will help me create that space will be able to be utilized for years to come.
