This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My classroom family is focused on mindfulness and kindness. Thus, the kindness jar, an excellent tool to teach students to be kind, responsible, respectful, and mindful. This project will provide a wonderful opportunity for students to check-in and share their emotions and feelings. Every child will learn about kindness and practice being mindful and kind. The posters will help reinforce expectations. Rewards and positive affirmations are greatly appreciated and needed. The snacks will provide positive feedback and fill empty tummies. Colorful smiley stickers, are excellent to reach my students. Oh, the joy of receiving a kindness award! My little ones need healthy snacks, grape juice, gummies, cheez-it, popcorn, storage bags and electrolytes. Every afternoon every child can earn a snack by working cooperatively, and kindly during the morning routines. Your generosity is appreciated. Thank you for your kindness.
