My Project

Through Breathe for Change, I will be receiving my SEL/Yoga certification. I would like to offer sessions to my students and fellow teachers to help create an atmosphere of coping mechanisms in our world of ever-changing and building stressors. This will allow a safe space for students and teachers to actively become a part of a community that engages in mental health activities and supports social-emotional wellness. We will be collaborating with other clubs within the school to maximize the impact of the program on as many kids and individuals as possible.
