My Project
As a passionate educator committed to student wellness, I am seeking support to complete the Breathe For Change Mindfulness, SEL, and Yoga Teacher Training. I am sure that this 200-hour program will equip me with research-based strategies to help students manage stress, build confidence, and develop emotional awareness through breathing, movement, and mindfulness. I plan to embed these practices into daily routines, classroom transitions, and small group supports. By modeling self-care and resilience, I aim to transform our learning environment into one that nurtures the whole child: mind, body, and spirit.
