My Project

Junior High can be a tough place both physically and emotionally. On our campus we have multiple interventions regarding behavior and strategies for self reflection. Many of these moments don't always carry over to our students home lives as ways to deal with stress. I am starting a regular "mindful moments" practice in a behavior program on our campus. Teaching the students how to center themselves, show themselves compassion, and use grounding techniques are integral ways we plan on implementing this.

We would like to achieve this through the practice of yoga and meditation.

Your donation would go towards all of the materials needed such as yoga mats, blocks, blankets, and bolsters. You would be supporting the goal of helping our students self-reflect and connect with others.
