In the project Mindful Matters, I have materials that would make a difference in student's learning by creating a safe, calm, and inviting space for them to cope with any emotions they may be experiencing.
My main goal with this project is to provide students with materials that will help ease and calm anxiety, discomfort, or depressive feelings. My students could greatly benefit from this as they are Native American and have minimal resources for coping skills/mental health here on the Settlement. We appreciate greatly any and all support.
