My students need upper grades math activity stations kit which includes decimals, measurement and data, fractions, algebra, geometry, and operations.
Math should be more than just paper and pencil. It should be fun! What better way to make math fun than these math activity stations?
I am a fourth grade teacher in a Title One school.
My students come from diverse backgrounds. My classroom is inclusive which means that I have students with varying abilities and needs. All of my students come to school eager to learn and I want to make sure that I am ready to challenge them.
I am requesting the math activity stations kits for the upper grades. These kits include activities for decimals, measurement and data, fractions, algebraic thinking, geometry, and operations. They will help me to reinforce the common core math standards in a fun and exciting way. Students will be able to work through the stations at their own pace which will help to challenge my students and allow extra time for those who need it.
By donating to this project, you will be helping me show my students that math is not just pencil and paper.
Math can be fun and there are exciting ways to practice those skills. They will also be extending their knowledge of what was taught, all while having fun doing so!
DonorsChoose makes it easy for anyone to help a classroom in need. Public school teachers from every corner of America create classroom project requests, and you can give any amount to the project that inspires you.
