Middle Schoolers Need Toys, Too!

This year was rough.

Working in a low-income Title I school, we have some very challenging behaviors that make recess difficult to manage. We did some observations and interviews and it turns out all of the issues at recess led back to one main problem...the kids are bored.

At the elementary level, we value recess, playground equipment, and stimulating games that help kids develop friendships, learn to share, and stay engaged with a game or task. Middle school kids need those opportunities as well!

I would love for my kids to have recess equipment to be able to play games and sports during their break. Recess should be fun and filled with engaging resources.

Let's help these students and provide them with resources and tools that can help kids stay kids.
