This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
For many years I have bought out-of-pocket curriculum material from Maneuvering the Middle either one unit at a time or isolated activities. This curriculum was designed by teachers for their struggling students to help them meet their state standards.
My students will benefit from these curriculum materials because they will help me provide them with engaging activities in print and digital.
Last year this program was funded by DonorsChoose, but it is up for renewal.
Having access to teaching material and the intervention program that will allow me to learn other strategies in order to give access to the standards to all of my students is beneficial to both my students and me.
What I love most are the videos of the activities which will teach me how to use the curriculum activities components.
