Middle School Reader's Theater!

Help me give my students paint pens, paint markers, and plays so they can create a middle school Reader's Theater.

My Project

Too many students are engaged in electronic devices like a cellphone, laptop, or iPad. I have experienced my English Language Learners (ELL) hardly engaging in reading a book on a daily basis for enjoyment. I want to give my ELL students an opportunity to be creative and practice English language skills in my English class. These students deserve this opportunity because this is a chance for them to shine among their English-speaking peers.

Giving my students a chance to create and participate in a Reader's Theater will allow them to practice their reading and speaking skills.

But I need resources like the Reader's Theater books and resource teachers' books and craft supplies, paints, pens, and construction paper to support them on their learning journey. Without a variety of drama texts and materials to create a theater, it will be impossible.

With your generous help and support, my English Language Learners will be able to develop their love for reading. And in turn showcase their talent in a Reader's Theater for students, parents, and the community. This is an experience that will always be remembered!
