This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting markers, folders, and name tags to help my middle school students keep track of their art work. The folders would be used to store their art so that it doesn't get lost and they learn how to organize themselves. The name tags will be used to label the folders with their names so it's easier to identify who's is who's. The marker pens will be used so that they get to decorate their folders and make them unique in their own way. I want to make as many memories with them as possible and make this class fun since last year we struggled to find a teacher for them and they didn't get the full middle school art class. I also want them to learn about the solar system since they seemed really eager when I mentioned the idea. It would be really memorable for them to learn and work together to build the solar system.
