The first part of the project contains the materials for a class painting. Here they will get to do a step by step painting led by myself and my coteacher. Here they will get to sketch out their work, mix colors on the requested paper plates, and experiment with a variety of painting techniques on the requested canvases on tables protected by the requested tablecloths.
Painting days are always a favorite among our students.
They will have a memorable fun day putting their creativity to work. They will get to bring home their beautiful work of art for a memory to save forever.
The second part of this project are new baskets for our classroom library. This will give our classroom library a much needed makeover. Many of our baskets are cracked and broken. This will help entice the students to be excited to book shop for books to read. This will also help us organize our library to switch over to using a Lexile reading level system.
