Help me give my students and staff a microwave to cut down school-wide on take-out orders from students, parents, and teachers! Saving our planet, one step at a time!
Folks, my school has a problem, a new problem thanks to things like DoorDash and Uber Eats, our parents, students, and staff are ordering close to 100 meals through these environmental monstrosities each and every school day! I know it sounds unbelievable to me too, what a waste of gas, increased pollution through additional driving, and increased waste that can't be recycled.... mostly the dreaded styrofoam containers!
We need this amazing microwave to put on its superhero cape and help us save the day, by allowing all humans at our school to have a quick and safe way to heat up their good old leftovers, which are more environmentally friendly because of re-usable containers and Ziploc bags, and mom's cooking.
