My Students

My third grade class is comprised of special and general education students from varied social economic backgrounds.

We teach third grade in a high poverty area.

Our school is a Title I, K-4th grade school. We provide our students with as much as we possibly can, because we know that some of our students will not be provided for when they are home

My third graders are so interested in learning. They amaze me every day with how smart they are. I feel very lucky to be their teacher.

My Project

How often do you use Microsoft as an adult? Chances are you use it often! I want to give my students the opportunity to use the Microsoft Surface Go to help excel them and excite them in class.

In today's world students need to be technologically savvy to succeed. They will use the Microsoft Surface Go to work on presentations in the classroom, to connect with the pen pals they have made, and to utilize interactive centers.
