My Project

Students at my school have chosen to attend a STEAM high school because they have a passion for science. My students absolutely love using our microscopes to view living and prepared slides of cells, tissues, bacteria, and microorganisms.

The skill of learning to use a microscope is important for all students wanting to pursue a college degree and career in biology.

Proper handling of lab supplies is an important part of science education. This microscope slide storage cabinet will allow my students to independently access the microscope slides they need during labs in an organized and secure fashion.

Dr. Aresco will only receive their materials if this project is fully funded by August 31.
