My Project

At our Title I high school, our student-run café is more than just a place to grab a bite—it's a launchpad for future chefs, entrepreneurs, and creators. Now, we're ready to take our culinary skills on air with a student-led podcast and video series that showcases what we’ve learned in the kitchen.

With your support, we’ll purchase podcasting and video equipment that will allow our students to record tutorials, chef spotlights, behind-the-scenes kitchen action, and even interviews with local food professionals.

These multimedia projects will help students demonstrate their mastery of culinary topics in a fun, engaging, and 21st-century way—while building communication, technology, and media skills.

Your donation helps amplify the voices of passionate young chefs who are eager to share their stories, recipes, and restaurant-ready skills with the world. Help us turn our café into a culinary broadcast studio—where learning meets creativity, and every plate has a story.
