Help me give my students high quality, metallic paint and black paper on which to use them.

I work on a large campus with two main buildings. The primary building houses six hundred students, grades K - 6. The intermediate building has four hundred 4th, 5th, and 6th-grade students. We are a Title I school with a large population of English Language Learners. Many of my kids come from challenging home lives and struggle with personal and academic issues, so many of them don't have the simplest art materials at home - crayons, scissors, markers, etc.
Recent changes in public education have resulted in many hours of testing for grades K-6.
I consider it a great privilege to be able to provide my students with the opportunity to experiment with unique, quality art materials and learn to use them to express themselves and break up their day with some artistic creativity. I love it when they tell me they are asking for paints and art supplies for birthdays, etc. I know they've discovered the artist within themselves, and it gives them joy.
I just know my students will be amazed at how strikingly beautiful these mica watercolor paints look on this quality black paper. I have a set of them myself and everything I make on them is just so bright and colorful! The seem to almost glow! The pieces of mica in them give them quite a beautiful luster. I have some fabulous paintbrushes, courtesy of DonorsChoose.org, that we can use, also.
I have so many project ideas that would lend themselves to these wonderful paints- trees, insects, mandalas, fish, the solar system....The possibilities are countless!
I really like to tie art projects into what the students are doing in their other classes. I know fifth grade does a unit on space, several grades study insects and sixth grade learns about micro organisms- All of which would look amazing in metallic on black.
Towards the middle of the second semester, my older students get a bit antsy and even reluctant to participate in art class. I like to pull out my best 'gimmicks' to keep them positively engaged. I really believe that the beauty of these unique paints will really grab their attention!
