This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Please help me give my students some holiday cheer with December holiday decorations and gifts! Having our classroom decorated helps students feel more excited to come to school and participate in seasonal activities or events planned. In a public school, we get no funding for school decorations, activities, or gifts such as Christmas garlands or mini trees. I would like to add the hockey game to our PBIS store as an incentive for the kiddos. During our Christmas party, the kids will play basketball hoop games. The school staff, teachers, or PTA has to either buy them or make them. This will help make sure the holiday spirit is included everywhere in our school. Most of the items can be reused except for the gifts for the students. I would like to really Gove my students a rewarding Christmas.
