My Project
Support my second and third-grade students by implementing a rewarding snack system, significantly impacting their school performance, particularly during the challenges of COVID-19. With this system, students receive snacks as incentives for their academic achievements and positive behavior. This strategy helps boost motivation, focus, and engagement, leading to improved learning outcomes. Amid the pandemic's disruptions, the reward system fosters a sense of normalcy and positivity, reducing stress and anxiety. As a result, students become more eager to participate in virtual classes, complete assignments, and actively engage in learning activities. Reward initiative has proven to be a valuable tool in enhancing academic success during these challenging times.
